Hello Everyone!
It’s hard to believe that our fall conference is almost here. It seems like only
yesterday that we were celebrating AASFAA’s 40th anniversary! This fall our
conference theme is "The Financial Aid Administrator: Helping Turn Dreams Into Realities."
Our Conference will be held October 14th through 17th at the Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa in
Florence, Alabama. Vendor set-up time is set for the following times:
Wednesday October 15th
Vendor Area Open
9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
3:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.
Thursday, October 16th
Vendor Area Open
9:30a.m. - 11:45a.m.
1:30p.m. - 2:30p.m.
2:30p.m. Booth Breakdown.

All exhibitors attending the conference must pay $100.00 registration fee and the $15.00
membership fee. All exhibitors must complete a registration form on line and send it to
Ann Campbell, AASFAA Treasurer.
Below are the exhibitor costs and other info:
Exhibitor Booth $2000.00
Additional Tables $1000.00 each
Also exhibitors still have the opportunity to advertise in our conference program. All ads
will be black and white and will cost $500.00 for full page and $250.00 for half page ads.
The ads will be in the back pages of the program and will appear in alphabetical order
beginning with full page ads then half page ads behind them.
We are also soliciting ads for the AASFAA website at a cost of $500.00.

Banner Advertising Information
Hi Everyone,
As most of you know, the AASFAA website has recently undergone a much needed facelift and we
are now able to display banner ads….just like you see on the SASFAA and NASFAA sites.
This opens a great opportunity for your company to advertise on the new and improved site.
The cost of advertising for a year (AASFAA's fiscal year is July 1- June 30) is $500.
If you would be interested in advertising, let me know.
Here are the ad specs:
1.The banner ad size is 468 x 60
2.It needs to be in jpg or gif format, not to exceed 20K.
3.The rotation time is 15 seconds.
